This schedule applies to APRNs, PAs, CNMs and CRNAs, though your schedule may vary.

Monday
7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.	General Orientation Location: Level 3, Auditoriums C & D at DHMC Directions: Park in Lot 9 and take Shuttle Bus to the East Entrance of DHMC. Turn right then take a left down the corridor across from the East Mall Cafeteria Follow corridor until you reach the Main Mall / Information Booth. Someone will direct you from there.
7:30 to 8:30 a.m.	Associate Provider Photos with Mark Washburn, DHMC photographer Location: Level 5 Rotunda (tucked behind Security Photo booth) This professional photo is featured on your web page along with your profile information, which is accessed through the "Find a Doctor" page on the Patients & Visitors audience portal of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock website. Your photo and info are also included in the Consultation and Referral Guide which is distributed to over 5000 referring providers.
Tuesday
7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.	eD-H Training ALL PROVIDERS MUST ATTEND CLASS BEGINS PROMPTLY @ 7:30 a.m. Location: Computer Training Room Directions: Go directly to Computer Training Room @ DHMC. Turn left at the Main Entrance Information Desk Rotunda Turn left into Food Court (Au Bon Pain) Follow walkway until you reach the door to the stairway Take stairway to Level 2. Look for sign for the Training Room on left.
12:10 to 12:40 p.m.	Overview of Dartmouth Biomedical Libraries Cindy Stewart, Associate Director/Health Sciences Library Location: Matthews – Fuller Health Sciences Library, Level 5 at DHMC
12:40 to 1:10 p.m.	Lunch
1:10 to 1:40 p.m.	Compliance Coding Capturing Physicians Services Documentation Standards Location: Rubin #892 Directions: Go back down to Level 3, Main Entrance Information Desk/Rotunda and turn left towards the cancer center. Follow the glass corridor, take the 2nd doorway on the left; follow that narrow passageway to the elevators. Take the elevators to Level 8, turn left off the elevator to conference room #892.
1:40 to 2:10 p.m.	Provider Enrollment Mary Lou Previte, Billing Specialist Location: Rubin #892
2:10 to 2:40 p.m.	Physician Relations Connie Adams-Brady Marketing & Physician Relations Location: Rubin #892
