Health plan price transparency
The Federal Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires that health insurers and self-funded health benefit plans must post machine-readable files (MRFs) on a public internet website.
Use the following links to access these MRFs, which include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers:
- Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics, New London Hospital, and Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital MRFs: Dartmouth Health Medical Plans and Optum Behavioral Health
- Cheshire Medical Center and Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center MRFs: Dartmouth Health Medical Plans
- Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire MRFs: Cigna’s Transparency in Coverage Rule
The MRFs are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data. If you would like to access these files please be aware that they are very large and may take several minutes to load.
