The health and well-being of our employees and our community is vital to the success of our organization and a critical component of our vision to "Achieve the healthiest population possible."

We offer a total compensation package that includes competitive health and wellness benefits.

These benefits consist of "Core Benefits" that we provide as well as "Benefit Choices," allowing you to select additional benefits to meet your personal situation and needs.

  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Long and short-term disability
  • Earned time off/vacation time
  • Retirement plans
  • Tuition assistance
  • Continuing education and monies
  • Employee assistance program
  • Pet insurance

We understand that having a robust benefits package helps us attract the best employees—sometimes the benefits can be as important as the salary itself. Our employees should know from day one that we are invested in your well-being. We believe this creates a happy, healthy workforce, and that is one of the most important assets we can have for our long-term success.

Please refer to the Dartmouth Health Employee Benefits website to view benefit brochures.

Health and well-being programs

Our health and well-being programs support healthy lifestyle choices that improve personal wellness. In addition to programs that offer well-being support in many forms, we have resources for parents, as well as opportunities for enjoying exercise, art, and music. Health plan price transparency

The Federal Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires that health insurers and self-funded health benefit plans must post machine-readable files (MRFs) on a public internet website.

Use the following links to access these MRFs, which include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers:

The MRFs are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data. If you would like to access these files please be aware that they are very large and may take several minutes to load.
