The System Staffing Office (SSO) has a number of offerings for your consideration.
- We offer per diem (non-benefited positions) for RN, LPN, LNA, MA staff.
- We also offer RN positions with benefits in part-time, full-time and seasonal (six-month) roles. RNs can work throughout the DH hospital network in 14-week deployments at one of the six DH hospitals. This is much like how a ‘contract’ RN works, but this is within the DH system with full medical benefits and PTO.
The SSO manages onboarding for all SSO positions, offering registered nurses (RNs), licensed nursing assistants (LNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and medical assistants (MAs) the flexibility to choose their own schedules and practice locations within the Dartmouth Health system.
Pick your own schedule and decide in which care settings and locations you want to work. All SSO positions require appropriate licensure and basic life support certification, at a minimum. For RNs, at least two years of clinical experience are required, preferably at a Level 1 Trauma center. For MA, LPN and LNA positions, one year of experience is required.
SSO FlexChoice opportunities are available for:
