Our System Staffing Office manages recruiting and onboarding for all FlexChoice, or per-diem, positions. FlexChoice offers registered nurses (RNs), licensed nursing assistants (LNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and medical assistants (MAs) the flexibility to choose their own schedule and practice location within the Dartmouth Health system.
Pick your own schedule and decide which care settings and locations you want to work. Choose one department and location or work at multiple different locations within your clinical specialty. All FlexChoice positions require appropriate licensure and basic life support certification, at a minimum.
