Dartmouth Health provides all employees and their household members, aged 18 or older, with 24/7 confidential phone access to licensed counselors. This confidential employee service is provided by SupportLinc. SupportLinc (formerly KGA) is administered by CuraLinc Healthcare.
The licensed counselors will:
- Assess your needs
- Provide counseling and support
- Connect you with the appropriate specialists or community resources
Each person is eligible for up to 6 free sessions per issue that they're dealing with each year.
You will have access to free phone consultations and online resources, including:
- Legal assistance: A 30-minute consultation with an attorney
- Financial consultation: A 30-minute consultation with a financial advisor
- Online resources on the SupportLinc website
