Friendship, support, and allyship with employee resource groups
Note: You must be connected to the Dartmouth Health network to access the ERG page.
At Dartmouth Health we realize the value of diversity and we are committed to being an employer of choice in an increasingly diverse and global workplace. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) enable our employees to join communities of shared interest or life experiences, and they promote learning about the experiences, values, and traditions of our diverse colleagues.
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led, employer-recognized groups of people who join together based on shared interests or life experiences to create a positive and safe space for friendship and support, personal and professional development, and allyship. ERGs collaborate to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
