Occupational Medicine offers services to improve, monitor, and maintain the health of our employees. Our services are offered to current employees, candidates for employment at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics, and external clients.
Current employees
We take great pride in caring for our employees. To assist in maintaining a healthy and productive workforce, our staff can provide assistance with medical screenings, immunization management, work injuries, and illnesses.
Employment candidates
As part of our commitment to a safe and productive work environment, we conduct pre-employment health screenings for all new hires. This screening includes drug screening and immunization and titer updates.
Care coordination for injured employees
The Workability Care Manager Program provides care coordination for all injured Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic employees, ensuring successful recovery and to safely return to work.
Help to return to work after an injury
Our Workers' Comp Center team works with Occupational Medicine and other specialists to maintain or restore your function. We ensure that you can stay at work, or return to work in a regular or modified capacity, as soon as possible.
