KGA EAP and Life Services is available to all Dartmouth Health employees. KGA provides you and your family members with 24/7 confidential, telephone access to professional counselors who will assess needs, provide counseling and support, and connect you with the appropriate specialists and/or community resources. KGA offers 6 face-to-face sessions in a private office near the employee’s home or workplace.
KGA also offers free phone consultation and online resources including:
- Legal assistance: A 30-minute consultation with an attorney
- Financial consultation: A 30-minute consultation with a financial advisor
- Online resources: The KGA website provides resources on topics such as, parenting, elder care, stress reduction, and more.
